WELCOME!
Please ensure the new CHSAA physical forms are used; we cannot accept any other physical forms.
If your student played a sport in the 24-25 school year, you will need to get your doctor to fill out the updated CHSAA form when the physical is completed for the 25-26 school year after June 1st. Immunization records, visit summaries, and other forms of clearance from your doctor WILL NOT BE accepted!
The Thompson School District uses an online athletic registration platform, Student Central, through Big Teams. BigTeams does offer the ability to translate the site. Families can click the Select Language button at the top of the site when logged in and access the Spanish help guides within the Self-Help button on the side of the screen.
