2020-21 ATHLETIC REGISTRATION
With the start of the 2020-21 school year, the Thompson School District has switched to an on-line athletic registration platform - Planet HS. Please follow the instructions that apply to you.
- Log into your Planet HS account and update any information that may have changed such as, insurance, emergency contacts, or uploading a new physical.

- First time football players will also need to pay the one time MVHS Football Equipment Fee ($150)

Athletic Registration Instructions for Non-TSD Enrolled Students
***This applies to Home School, CEC, Goal Academy or Other Non-TSD Enrolled Student Athlete (attend another school without a program)

- Transfer students may not compete until the CHSAA Application Transfer Eligibility form has been approved by CHSAA
- The required form that you need to complete is in Planet HS
HS ATHLETIC FEES:
- $125 - TSD HS Enrolled ($325 family maximum per family per school year)
- $175 - Non TSD HS Enrolled
- $150 football equipment fee for all first time participants. The football equipment fee does NOT count towards the family maximum.
- Students on the free/reduced lunch program may request a waiver from this fee. Please email a copy of your approved free and reduced meal program letter to Mae Svendsen.
- Any other students having financial hardship may contact the athletic director, Lauren Anderson to discuss a waiver of the fee.
INSURANCE COVERAGE:
In compliance with school district policy, every student participating in an organized athletic program must be covered by appropriate medical/accident insurance. If you do not have insurance, please click here for K and K Insurance to enroll.
